Minimum Order for Delivery
A minimum order of $100 is required for all delivery services. Orders under this amount will not be eligible for delivery and must be picked up at the store.
Delivery Location
Our delivery team will drop off your order at the closest accessible location to your property. The delivery truck will only deliver to where it can safely and reasonably reach, which may depend on road conditions and access to your site. Please ensure that the location is accessible to large delivery vehicles.
Material Placement
Please note that the delivery team is not responsible for moving materials to specific areas of your property. Materials will be placed at the closest point the truck can access, and any further movement of materials must be handled by the customer.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery times will be scheduled in advance, and we will make every effort to ensure timely arrival. However, please note that delivery times are estimated and subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
